A Spirit of Terroir Across the Strait –Daiking Whisky Returns to the 2025 Taipei International Wine & Spirits Festival

From November 14 to 17, 2025, the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2 will once again host one of Asia’s most anticipated events — the 2025 Taipei International Wine & Spirits Festival.

Daiking Whisky, a craft whisky brand founded by a Taiwanese entrepreneur from Yilan in the scenic Daiking Mountain region of Fujian, will return to the festival stage, sharing its distinctive cross-strait craftsmanship and unique flavors with whisky lovers and professionals alike.

Born in the natural landscapes of Daiking Mountain, where pure spring water and a unique climate provide exceptional conditions for whisky maturation, Daiking Whisky embodies both Eastern terroir and Taiwanese craftsmanship. Guided by the founder’s dedication and passion, each drop of Daiking Whisky reflects resilience, precision, and an uncompromising pursuit of quality — hallmarks of Taiwan’s artisanal spirit.

At this year’s festival, Daiking Whisky will showcase its core product range and host exclusive tasting sessions, inviting visitors to explore the harmony between Daiking Mountain’s natural character and Taiwan’s innovative whisky-making heritage.
