ii. Visitor Analysis
The shows drew continuous crowd. Visitors enjoyed tasting and networking. There are many crucial buyers engaged in business discussions, most of whom are traders, equipment suppliers, and food manufacturers. Among them, there are buyers from Japan, Australia, Korea, Romania, Slovakia etc.
PART3. Remarkable Event
i. Wine Tasting
The exhibition featured over 20 carefully curated professional courses over four days, covering a wide range of topics. From the craftsmanship behind Japanese sake and the smoky peat of whiskies to expert-level judging techniques, attendees gained in-depth knowledge. In addition, many winery owners were on-site to personally share their stories, guiding visitors through aroma appreciation, tastings and interactive exchanges.
ii. Chan Chao Bar Club
A whole new program! Four popular bars in Taiwan — Thang-á-bar, Bar Mori, The Primrose and Isotope Bar were invited to join the exhibition. Across the four-day event, each bar took turns, creating a comfortable space where visitors could enjoy refined cocktails and experience the beauty of mixology and the craftsmanship of professional bartenders.
This event drew large crowds, with every session fully packed and contributing to a vibrant, highly interactive atmosphere.
iii. Taiwan Sommelier Association
Three competitions organized by the Taiwan Sommelier Association — TSA Contest Best Sommelier of Taiwan 2025, TSA Contest Best Tea Master of Taiwan 2025 and TSA Contest Best Water Sommelier of Taiwan 2025 were held during this year’s exhibition!
This event served as a cultural celebration symbolizing the maturity and internationalization of Taiwan’s beverage profession, allowing the world to experience Taiwan’s expertise and cultural charm through taste.
Congratulations to all the outstanding winners and sincere thanks to every participants for showcasing their passion and professional excellence in beverage culture.
