HAWA-Handicraft & Wood Industry Association of HCMC and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd., the organizer of VietnamWood, signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend cooperation and nurture the development of woodworking industries in Vietnam for another five years from 2025-2029. Mr. Nguyen Duy Toan, Representative of Handicraft & Wood Industry Association, and Ms. Judy Wang, President of Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd., signed the MoU on 19 April 2023.

This MOU commits to working together more closely towards common goals in pursuing the growth of Vietnam’s wood processing industry. It outlines that the strategic partnership will propel both institutions to greater heights. HAWA and Yorkers will collaborate to spread brand awareness and promote industrial influence on VietnamWood.

Under the MOU, HAWA, and Yorkers will join forces on various activities, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences on innovative technologies and international trends in the wood industry, and assist woodworking professionals and practitioners in accelerating the knowledge exchange to tap potential business opportunities.
