《AMBER CACAO ALE BEER》
An 
English Ale based beer infused with FU WAN's aged cacao nibs, brings out the charming flavor notes such as caramel, vanilla, coffee, cigar, and tropial fruits.
To let the true cocoa fermentation flavor shine through the beer, we had to break away from conventional thinking, steering clear of "chocolate malt" and "Stout" directions.
TAIWIND chose to modify an English Ale base, with minimal hops, creating a rich, cottony body. Our cellar-aged 
Pingtung cocoa beans soaked in it for a long time—first soak not enough, so we added a second. The cost of these lively cocoa beans was disregarded, similar to how Tainan locals casually add sugar. The small-batch, artisanal approach, much like cooking, allowed us to adjust flavors spontaneously. The result is this bottle of "uniquely fragrant" Cocoa Ale, with notes of creamy vanilla, coffee, cigars, and tropical fruits—an earthy herbal aroma.
