Characteristic

"This indigenious vine, in the hill of Blanchis, is expressed with completely original and
unique characteristics: in fact, it is naturally attacked by the noble mold (botrytis cinerea, which creates an extraordinary complexity that is difficult to replicate in other areas" (Gianni Menotti - Winemaker of the year 2006 Gambero Rosso and Oscar del Vino 2012) A complex
wine, of great thickness, that expresses itself with all the finesse and elegance that only the great Tocai can have.
James Suckling “The aromas of guava peel work very well with the parsley and sage undertones. Spicy and tightly wound on the medium-bodied palate. Sleek and sexy.” 92/100
