The wine then matures for 14 months with bâtonnage in French oak barrels. This dedication yields an elegant, complex, and remarkably long-finishing premium red, a testament to the winemaker's artistry. It's an ideal pairing for beef and lamb steaks, rich red meats, and dark chocolate.

Colour: Intense cherry red, clean and brilliant.
Nose: Robust, with fruit marmalade aromas harmonised over toasty, mineral background notes.
Palate: Robust, structured, fat and well-balanced, with soft tannins. Fruity and toasted notes create a highly complex mouthfeel that is elegant and very persistent.

【Winery】
Bodega SOMMOS, an architectural marvel in Aragón's Somontano PDO, seamlessly blends innovation with its remarkable terroir. Their 355 hectares of vineyards thrive under a continental climate with significant temperature shifts, leading to slow grape maturation and a richness in polyphenols and aromatics. This commitment to quality, highlighted by an experimental vineyard dedicated to local varietals, soil, and climate research, ensures exceptional fruit. The winery's signature gravity-fed system preserves the wine's natural essence, yielding acclaimed wines that truly express their origin.
