Upholding the spirit of craftsmanship, it blends modern rigorous brewing knowledge and techniques, continuously experimenting and improving the ancient brewing methods inherited from the Japanese colonial period, ensuring a rich and stable wine body with safe consumption. Anbes Winery, based on traditional craftsmanship, selects pure rice, sorghum, and wheat as raw materials, meticulously brewing core products of sake and white wine, while opening up new fusion spaces for rich local agricultural products, creating Taiwan's "regional wine" culture, and jointly composing the taste of this land. Anbes Winery's brewing techniques have been praised by world-class judges, and it has won two gold medals and one gold medal at the World Spirits Awards (SFWSC), known as the "Oscars of the spirits industry."
