From New Taipei, young beekeeper “SunBuBa” will be presenting at the 2025 Taipei World Trade Center International Wine Exhibition (Booth P119), showcasing Taiwan’s rare honeys and artisanal meads.

Using honey as the sole fermentation ingredient reflects Sanbao Dad’s most genuine commitment as a beekeeper. This year, he highlights three of Taiwan’s most distinctive floral honeys:

• Wendlandia Honey: A specialty of southern Taiwan, with rich woody notes and a long-lasting finish.

• Orange Honey: Elegant and fragrant, carrying citrus aromas with a refreshing and delicate taste.

• Schefflera Tree Honey: A winter-exclusive, beginning with a hint of bitterness that transforms into lingering sweetness, hailed as the “King of Winter Honey.”

These honeys can be savored on their own or crafted into unique meads, including the elegant 閨MEad (16% pure honey wine), the bold and innovative 尋MEad (38.5% honey shochu), and the light, refreshing 覓MEad (3% sparkling mead).
