PARI Winery, rooted in Waipu, Taichung, has over 20 years of winemaking heritage. We remain committed to “no artificial flavors, no added base spirits,” crafting the purest grain and fruit aromas through traditional, hand-crafted brewing methods.

At this year’s exhibition, we are proud to showcase three signature creations:

• “Yù Dào Nǐ” – Taro Liquor: made with premium Dajia Binlang-Xin taro, naturally fermented and distilled for a rich aroma and smooth, velvety finish.

• “Méishì-le” – Plum Wine: crafted with Taiwanese green plums, offering a perfect sweet-tart balance — like a gentle embrace in every sip.

• Handcrafted Millet Wine: rooted in Indigenous traditions as a symbol of friendship; lightly sweet, fragrant, and perfect for gatherings or gifting.
