Characteristic
Using Pomelo flower-infused oolong tea as the main component, and adding some juniper berries and other spices, the infusion is later distilled with a rice-based liquor as the base.<br/>The liquor has a sweet and captivating aroma of Pomelo flower with a subtle hint of citrus. Upon tasting, the top notes are a combination of citrusy and floral tones, while the middle and later stages reveal the lingering charm of the oolong tea.<br/>When making Gin Tonic, the layered scent of the yuzu flower and oolong tea stands out, and leaves a pleasant aftertaste of tea long after.
