After selective hand picking, the grapes are gently pro-cessed. During fermentation at low temperatures the fruit aromas of the grapes and the individual characte-ristics of our wines are perfectly preserved.<br/>Although on the nose the fruit of the Bockstein Auslese is a little more remini-scent of exotic climes than local orchards, it nevertheless exudes a delightful freshness. The contribution of botrytis is reflected in notes of candied citrus fruit and a hint of honey. The taste of ripe grapefruit and orange delivers plenty of sweetness but can also impress with its zesty acidity. A juicy nuance of fresh raisins and the piquancy of grated citrus peel adorn the finish of this well-ba-lanced and vibrant Auslese.<br/>Food pairing Strong cheese or fruity and sweet desserts.
