Characteristic

Grown on south to south-west facing terraces. The soils are characterized by slate, which gives the wine a special minerality. The vines are thirty years old or more. Due to these conditions, only very low yields can be achieved. In addition to its density and complexity, the wine also impresses with fruity notes reminiscent of cassis, wild strawberries, black cherries and plums. There are fleshy notes and hints of truffle and chocolate.
