After a short soaking on the skins, the grapes were gently squeezed, and the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic nature of the grapes. The wine has a light pink hue and aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and citrus blossom. The wine has a medium body and a balanced acidity. Serve with Roasted salmon, locus carpaccio, and grilled vegetables with feta cheese.
