高科大攜手精華生醫成立產學聯盟 搶攻大健康產業

國立高雄科技大學與精華生醫（7806），日前簽署產學合作備忘錄（MOU），雙方攜手成立「產學創新與人才培育合作聯盟」，將以生醫與保健領域為核心，透過資源整合與技術研發合作，共同培育符合產業需求的專業人才，深化產學鏈結。

高科大在水產食品科學領域基礎深厚，尤其在海洋天然物萃取及機能性食品開發成果豐碩，包括魚鱗、魚皮萃取膠原蛋白等技術，展現海洋資源高值化應用潛力；精華生醫則專注於生技產品研發。雙方將從人才培育、學生實習、就業媒合到技術研發及資源共享等面向推動合作，未來可望結合學界研發能量與企業產品開發經驗，推動相關技術落實應用，開發具市場競爭力的保健產品，進而拓展海洋生技於大健康產業的發展。

此次合作由校友牽線促成，展現高科大校友網絡的凝聚力。精華生醫董事長陳俊宏率領團隊出席，在高科大校友總會總會長朱溥霖等多位校友見證下，與高科大校長吳忠信共同完成簽署。

吳忠信表示，校友在產業深耕的成果回饋母校，是學術與產業實務接軌的最短路徑。透過校友的橋接，跳脫傳統形式的合作，成為以「信任」為基礎的長期夥伴關係。高科大長期致力於實務導向教學，未來將透過課程連結與業界參與，讓學生接觸產業第一線需求，培養實務能力的專業人才，促進人才培育及產業接軌。

精華生醫表示，期待透過合作導入學界研發資源，加速產品創新與人才培育；高科大則指出，未來將持續串聯校友與產業資源，擴大大健康領域布局，提升整體產學合作效益。

NKUST Joins Hands with GINHWA to Establish Industry-Academia Alliance, Expanding into the Great Health Industry

國立高雄科技大學 (NKUST) and 精華生醫 recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly establish the “Industry-Academia Innovation and Talent Development Alliance.” Centered on the biomedical and healthcare sectors, the partnership aims to integrate resources and collaborate on technological R&D to cultivate professionals that meet industry demands and strengthen industry-academia connections.

NKUST has a strong foundation in aquatic food science, particularly in marine natural extract applications and functional food development. Its achievements include collagen extraction technologies from fish scales and fish skin, demonstrating the high-value application potential of marine resources. GINHWA specializes in biotechnology product development. The two parties will cooperate in areas including talent cultivation, student internships, employment matching, technical R&D, and resource sharing. By combining academic research capabilities with corporate product development experience, both sides hope to accelerate the practical application of related technologies, develop competitive healthcare products, and further expand marine biotechnology within the great health industry.

This collaboration was facilitated by alumni, highlighting the strong cohesion of NKUST’s alumni network. GINHWA Chairman 陳俊宏 led the company delegation to attend the signing ceremony. Witnessed by several alumni, including NKUST Alumni Association President 朱溥霖, the agreement was officially signed together with NKUST President 吳忠信.

Wu stated that alumni achievements in industry serve as the shortest bridge between academia and industrial practice. Through alumni connections, traditional forms of cooperation can evolve into long-term partnerships built on trust. NKUST has long been committed to practice-oriented education and will continue integrating academic curricula with industry participation, allowing students to gain firsthand exposure to market demands and develop practical professional skills that align with industry needs.

GINHWA expressed its expectation that the collaboration will introduce academic R&D resources to accelerate product innovation and talent cultivation. NKUST also noted that it will continue integrating alumni and industry resources to expand its presence in the great health sector and enhance the effectiveness of industry-academia collaboration.
