Cooperated with Taiwan EV Power Train manufacturer to build stator winding production line for electric vehicle traction motor, including slot cell insertion machine, vertical winding machine, coil & wedge insertion & inter-phase forming integration machine, coil forming machine, coil lacing machine, hoist and conveyor...etc.
This production line has recently started mass production of electric vehicle traction motor stators with inner diameter 200 mm, outer diameter 300 mm, 3-phase coils, and high filling ratio (square algorithm 86%) for Japanese car manufacturer’s new EV model.
