Characteristic

Pressure, velocity and temperature are in equilibrium at points of flow channel in die designing to ensure maintaining stable extruding in long term process production.Die quick changing system reduced die switching time while improved production efficiency.

Due to the high speed extrusion, the shear rate increases and the shear heat rises, so the die size is different from that of the low speed die. In order to stabilize the material flow, the flat and straight section of the die is lengthened, resulting in an increase in melt pressure and die expansion. In order to ensure the effective matching of die size and forming size, the die size magnification of high-speed extrusion die is 1.01~1.015.
