Our product is used for resin injection and tooling in the electronics and home appliances industries, which use plastic on its. Such as: Power tool, Charger, Electronic Assembly, LED light, Light Bar, Track with 3 LED spotlights, Pendant connector, Recessed spotlight, handheld vacuum cleaner, Clothes iron plastic, etc...
We have 58 injection machines with weighing around 90–480 tons, so we can make the tooling within tolerance.
Regarding resin injection, we have been using many materials such as ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, PBT, TPE, TPU, etc... with the best colored plastic beads. We can do almost any color, it just depends on what the customer wants.
