Characteristic

1. About PP, PE, PPR Single Layer and Multi-layer Pipes:
In building, the heat and water supply almost use PPR pipe. This pipe could install easy, low price and green,

The extruder is controlled by PLC or temperature controller to reach precise and accurate temperature
controlling, which highly guarantees the plasticization capacity; Special designed screw ensures high
efficiency and high output; The high rigidity and low noise bevel gears makes sure a reliable and stable
extrusion performance and long service life;
The distributor of the Die head for PP, PPR, PE pipe is designed into spiral style or basket style. The large
flowing space ensures an enough dwell time of the material; the pipes produced are of small internal
stress and smooth surface; the design of the mould is of high flexibility, it is able to molding all kinds
of PP, PE, PPR pipes.
