Oxygen is one of the main "culprits" of the damage to the efficiency of the pipeline system. Due to the long stay of the water in the pipeline, if appropriate measures are not taken, it is very easy to cause a large number of microorganisms and algae to grow in the pipeline, the constantly growing impurities are caked and silted up, and the dirt on the inner wall of the floor heating pipeline is increased, which is very easy to cause the blockage and non-circulation of the pipeline, greatly reducing the heating effect of the entire floor heating pipeline system; In addition, a large number of metal parts will also be gradually corroded and oxidized, causing irreversible damage, and shortening the service life of the floor heating system.
The pipeline system must meet the service life of 50 years, which is the consensus of the entire pipeline production industry and the basic requirements of customers for products. In order to guarantee the expected life of the pipeline system for 50 years, the oxygen blocking function is imperative.
PERT 5-LAYER OXYGEN BARRIER LINE
PERT five-layer oxygen barrier pipe is composed of PERT outer protective layer+adhesive layer+EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer) oxygen barrier layer+adhesive layer+PERT inner plastic layer. It is widely used in cold and hot water pipelines, heating systems, solar pipeline systems, industrial fluid transmission systems and other pipeline transmission systems. Compared with ordinary PERT pipes, multi-layer composite technology makes PERT five-layer oxygen barrier pipes have better performance:
*The protection of the outer layer can ensure that the pipe has better heat resistance and impact resistance, and is applicable to more complex construction;
*The oxygen barrier layer in the inner layer makes it have better anti-oxygen function, reduces the maintenance cost of the pipeline system, and ensures the service life.

FEARURES
1. Five-layer oxygen blocking technology
BAST PERT five-layer oxygen barrier production line adopts multi-machine co-extrusion technology to realize high-strength bonding of five-layer structure. The EVOH oxygen barrier layer is reliably embedded in the middle layer of PERT pipe and isolated from hot water. The outer layer of PERT protection layer ensures that its oxygen barrier performance will not be affected during transportation and installation, and ensures the efficient operation of the pipeline transportation system.
Layering ratio
Inner layer PERT, accounting for 85% - 90%.
EVOH layer, 0.05-0.1mm.
Adhesive layer, 0.03-0.05mm.
Outer layer PERT, accounting for 10% - 15%.
2. Designed for thermal sensitive materials
Because EVOH material is very sensitive to processing temperature, overheating will cause it to decompose and adhere to the metal surface, resulting in blockage of the extruder, so it is necessary to use extrusion equipment with high accuracy of temperature control. The single-screw extruder designed by BAST is specially used for the heating and extrusion of EVOH materials. The independently designed extrusion system of each layer ensures the flexibility of production, and the centralized control system provides good usability. A good extrusion system design can effectively avoid the local overheating of the melt, and also enable the product to obtain excellent plasticization.
Unlike the large body design of multi-layer extrusion in the past, BAST five-layer extrusion system is compact and beautiful. It adopts small extruder integrated design, which greatly saves space. With good opeartor interface and humanized control system, BAST multi-layer extrusion system can control the operation of the whole line on one operation interface.
3. The unique design of the extrusion die
According to the characteristics of materials and the needs of customers, BAST has carried out a lot of optimization on the die. The main channel adopts a spiral distribution structure with fast color change and no blind area. It effectively avoids the decomposition of materials, and providing reliable product quality. The co-extrusion ring adopts a plane spiral structure with pre-distribution. It has the characteristics of short process, uniform distribution and no blind area. It was measured that EVOH distribution is 60~80 μ, ensuring good barrier effect, and greatly saves the precious materials. Flexible modular design, three layers and five layers can be freely converted.
INTRODUCTION OF MAIN PRODUCTS
1. High Speed Extruder
The single-screw extruder CE60-36 electric cabinet is fully sealed and dust-free. The standard water-cooled air conditioner can ensure that the equipment operates under the best condition of constant temperature and humidity, greatly extending the service life of electrical components and reducing maintenance costs. All electrical components are of international well-known brands to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
2. Control System
The SIEMENS control system has mature application and low maintenance cost. Thebetween the control system and the extruder controller, and the haul-off and controller are all digital signals, with strong anti-interference ability to ensure the accuracy of control and feedback; All communications are connected by Ethernet to meet the data acquisition requirements of Industry 4.0, and can be extended to visual production and remote monitoring.
3. Vacuum Calibrator
The vacuum calibrator V32 is made of 304 stainless steel(the primary color without paint) , with tempered glass on the top to observe the pipe condition much easier. Centralized water supply and drainage design and vacuum frequency conversion technology, rapid vacuum, ensuring the best effect of pipe cablibrating and molding.
4. Immersion Cooling Tank
The immersion cooling tank B32 is also made of 304 stainless steel. The unique new design of reciprocating wheel immersion structure increases the cooling length by twice, enhances the cooling effect and saves space, ensuring the high-speed and stable production of pipes.
5. Fully Automatic Coiler
Full-automatic coiler WA11B has the functions of automatic layer winding, cutting and coil changing, and double-station winding; Independent servo motors are used for accurate layer winding and coil changing drives, which are accurately controlled by digital programming; The coil changing, cutting and pinching are completed automatically to avoid the waste of time and the possibility of misoperation in buffering and pipe rewinding.
