On July 27th, at the opening ceremony of China Printing Industry Innovation and Development Conference in 2023, the list of the first batch of 24 national printing demonstration enterprises and the pilot units for digital development and reform of printing industry were announced. Beijing Founder Easiprint Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Founder "), was selected as one of the "Pilot Units for Digital Development and Reform of Printing Industry" and one of the eight "Pilot Units for Intelligent Manufacturing Test Line".

This is the recognition of the value that Founder has created for the printing industry ecology, especially the full affirmation of overcoming the technical problems of high-speed inkjet printing and opening up a new format of inkjet printing. In the new era of printing industry moving towards high-quality development, green low-carbon and intelligent manufacturing are two core keywords, and digital printing represents the development direction of printing industry. It is imperative and imminent to intensify the research on the key core technologies of inkjet digital printing nozzles, high-speed inkjet control technology and other core technologies related to digital printing, and it is also the technical threshold that China must pass from a printing power to a printing power.

In June, 2021, Founder EagleJet P6600CHD color inkjet digital printing system introduced at the 10th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition adopted the most advanced piezoelectric nozzle with high resolution of 1200dpi at present, and the minimum ink drop size reached 1.5 picoliters, which completely caught up with the traditional printing level in terms of printing fineness. This model is tailored for the needs of high-end printed matter in the book and business printing market. This also means that in China, the journey of inkjet printing technology challenging traditional printing has taken a big step forward. At the beginning of 2022, "Research and Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies of Founder EagleJet P Series Single/Two-color Inkjet Printing Equipment" won the second prize of Bi Sheng Printing Science and Technology Progress Award, encouraging Founder to continue to build "domestic high-speed inkjet printing solutions".

In April, 2023, at the 5th China (Guangdong) International Printing Technology Exhibition (Print China 2023), "Founder EagleJet P6600 CHD Color Inkjet Rotary Printing Machine" was launched. As another star product of Founder EagleJet in the field of inkjet printing, Founder EagleJet's new machine has made a great breakthrough in the problem of high-speed inkjet printing on coated paper, especially in matte paper printing, and the printing effect is "high-definition, fine and exquisite" and more delicate. Its introduction has once again expanded the application boundary of high-speed inkjet technology, and will continue to solve practical problems in the application of inkjet technology.

As a provider of technical solutions, Founder EagleJet has achieved fruitful results in research, innovative products and solutions in the field of digital printing in recent years, which demonstrates the strength of continuous iterative updating of technology and products. In 2022, Founder EagleJet passed the comprehensive evaluation of China Printing and Equipment Industry Association and the Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center in the machinery industry, becoming the first enterprise in the field of inkjet digital printing equipment manufacturing with the qualification to carry out vocational skills evaluation, and helping to cultivate vocational skills talents in the printing field.

In terms of digital printing software, Founder EagleJet insists on independent research and development, actively plans the development path, and gradually injects key technologies such as localization, security and controllability, artificial intelligence and cloud computing into the printing software system, and serves the industry with new product forms, business models and cooperation models. At present, dozens of software productivity tools such as Founder Smooth Digital Workflow, Founder Easy Intelligent Detection, Founder Yunshu Production Cloud Platform and Founder Newspaper Layout Process Management System have been launched to help users build intelligent production lines.
