The brand new cast film line series ALLROLLEXR represents the real technological revolution in stretch film production. COLINESR R&D department and our team of technicians developed the new series of cast stretch film lines with finished web width of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 4.5 m driven by the following targets: Production efficiency and flexibility Reduction of energy consumption and footprint Excellent winding quality with very thin films (typically 8-10 microns ) at very high speeds Net output from 700 to over 3000 kg/h.

AUTOMATIC REELS
-Automatic reels on 3" cores
-Net weight of each reel = approx. 16 kg
JUMBO REELS
-Jumbo reels on 3" cores
-Net weight of each reel max 60 kg
CLING WRAP FILM
-Cling wrap film: together with the ALLrollEXR we can supply the technology and know-how for the production of cling wrap film for supermarket and domestic use to replace PVC wrap film
-Our formulation includes the antifog effect and elastic recovery of the film:
