Characteristic

El Triangulo is the second Gesha plot at Santa Lucia Estate, planted in 2018. Just 200 meters from Casona, it shares the same Gesha genetics, soil, and microclimate. With 10% more shade and younger trees, Triángulo produces a more vibrant, fruit-forward, and layered cup.

The Mierisch family describes Casona as the classic, while Triángulo is wild, flamboyant, and futuristic. In 2021, the two plots were blended for a Gesha submission that won 1st place in the Honduras Cup of Excellence
