Characteristic

 

Function:

The Double End Tenoner is extremely useful in the manufacture of a wide variety of furniture and flooring. It is able to size to dimension, mould and sand a wide
range of profiles on the sides of workpieces. They work well on all wood types be it hard wood, soft wood or engineered wood.

Technical aspects:

Fully customizable with a wide selection of working units; such as saw, moulding, profile sanding, brush and drilling units to choose from.

Can be modified with a central cutting system to either make grooves on the underside of workpieces or to split a panel into several pieces.

Can be fitted with Hsk spindles for quick tooling change.

Can be fitted with a positional retrieval software to record the positions up to 99 sets of tooling along with other calibratable variables, i.e. thickness, infeed fence
position, etc.

Can be linked to a wide range of wood-working machinery for automatic production lines.

CE-certified.
