How are these events organized?

This program helps buyers link up with the Vietnamwood exhibitors, the participants will be assigned to the meeting point (exhibitor’s booth or buyer’s lounge) where they conduct face-to-face meetings.

Exhibitors that are interested in participating have to submit their company profile in advance. The company profile has information of the product and services offered and the main aims for participating the program. This profile is then collected into the registration form which then made available to the buyers. After the buyers fill in and send the application forms, the organizer will help set up meetings between participants and the exhibitors by e-mail.
