Atis is the grandson of Zeus, the supreme god who rules the universe in ancient Greek mythology, and is also the name of the Etruscan king. This civilization used the grafting method of grafting grape vines (married) on trees, and the bards praised it as "the entangled and incomprehensible love": The elm tree loves the vine, and the vine never abandons the elm; why do I and my beloved Multiple separations?<br/>Atis is a hand-made wine made from a blend of Cabernet sauvignon (80%), Rebo (15%) and Cabernet franc (5%). Hand-selected and harvested from the two most important small plots of the Guado al Melo vineyard, Campo grande and Campo Ferro. The grapes are carefully selected from the finest vineyards, harvested and fermented individually to enhance the expression of the grape's regional characteristics. Made using the natural wine process, the unfiltered wine is aged for 2 years in old oak barrels with lees (used to clarify the lees), with weekly stirring during this period. And aged in bottle for 1 year. The aroma is strong, full of black fruits and various elegant herbal aromas, as well as the unique mint chocolate aroma of the Bulgari production area; the wine is strong but elegant, and the structure is layered but perfectly integrated, like a solemn and simple king showing his dominance: Elegant charm.<br/>It is recommended to drink at 18°C and to wait a while after opening the bottle to savor the life of the wine and feel its changes at each stage in the glass.
