AMA Brewery was born from the collaboration of two Michelin-starred chefs with the goal of crafting world-class beverages using fermentation techniques that complement meals. Chef Dani from the two-starred Spanish restaurant Mugaritz recognized the potential of fermented beverages and low-alcohol drinks. By combining the brewing techniques of kombucha with meticulous ingredient selection and a minimum aging period of six months, he created a novel concept called Tea Pet Nat.<br/> The teas and herbs used are sourced from exceptional small farmers around the world. The water selected comes from natural springs located in the Basque County of Spain. This spring water undergoes natural filtration through limestone for 27 years, imparting unique mineral characteristics to AMA Brewery products.<br/> It's recommended to classify AMA Brewery's beverages as champagnes, highlighting their low alcohol content, and to serve them in champagne or white wine glasses at a temperature of 9-11 degrees Celsius. In terms of food pairing, HIRU and LAU have the potential to complement a variety of dishes, while BI and BOST are better suited as aperitifs or for more delicate food pairings such as desserts.
