In 1993, having recognised the outstanding potential of the Hawke’s Bay’s Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district, Trinity Hill became one of the region’s early pioneers, planting grape vines on a barren plot which continues to produce exceptional wines today. Description Pink grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, and guava aromas leap from the glass, leading to a plate that explodes with tangy tropical fruit and citrus flavours. Outstanding depth of flavour is balanced by mouth-watering acidity resulting in a juicy, succulent finish that lingers long after you swallow. A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc of concentration and verve that can be enjoyed on its own or partnered Asian-inspired dishes. Try it with a crispy skin pork red curry.
