Made with tankan tangerines and ponkan tangerines grown by local farmers in Shigang, Taichung, this drink contains no added alcohol or artificial flavors. It is purely and wholly brewed from the fruits themselves, retaining the aroma of the fruit peel. It offers a pure, natural taste that is both tart and sweet, pleasing and surprising to the palate.<br/><br/>This beverage was developed in collaboration with the Shigang District Farmers&#39; Association, the Food Science and Technology Department, and the Cultural and Creative Industries Department of Hungkuang University. It aims to help rural areas add new value to secondary agricultural products, embodying the brand&#39;s commitment to the core values of &#39;local spirits&#39; and &#39;shared well-being with the locality&#39;.
