PARVATA” (sanskrit for “Mountain”) is our Red Mountain southern Rhône-inspired blend, cultivated in blocks from the sandy soils of the middle and lower sections of this vineyard. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.<br/>“The Mourvèdre-dominated blend from this estate, Parvata sports a dense purple hue as well as rocking notes of blue fruits, white pepper, spice box, and some background meaty, gamey, classic Mourvèdre notes. Concentrated, medium to full-bodied, and flawlessly balanced, it’s a brilliant barrel sample that’s going to stand up to any Mourvèdre blend out there.”
