Holy Distillery is the first craft distillery in Taiwan to make rye whiskey. The distillery started its operation on Christmas Day, 2016 and has been making spirits using the locally sourced ingredients and thus greatly influenced by the tropical island climate. The distillery was established in Yingge District, in New Taipei City.
