SOMM SPIRIT'D TAIWAN is an importer and its brand is Le Comptoir. Le Comptoir was founded in 2017 by Yohan Morel and Zoe Yang. Yohan, a former sommelier at several internationally renowned hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, brings a wealth of expertise to the venture. The company primarily imports wines and spirits from small and mid-sized wineries in Europe, South America, and Australia. In addition to beverages, Le Comptoir imports over 60 varieties of European cheeses, including selections from Bernard Mure Ravaud, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) award winner, and the century-old French brand Les Frères Marchand. Le Comptoir’s locations in Banqiao and Neihu offer a unique experience at their "Le Comptoir Cheese Bar," where customers can enjoy both dine-in and take-out options in a modern, comfortable setting. Their mission is to provide both local and international customers with a delightful European gourmet experience.
