"Truly Wine", following the ancient brewing method of the tribe, sources all its ingredients from Dulan, Taitung. The koji is handmade by the mother, made from rice flour and hard-to-obtain herbal juices, which are then kneaded together. The koji is then manually mixed into the steamed glutinous rice by the brewmaster to ferment. The natural fruity aroma, a white and smooth body of the sake radiates a delicate rice fragrance. The sweet and sour taste carries a rich aroma without the pungent sensation of alcohol. The smooth texture of the sake gently coats the tip of the tongue, leaving a comforting flavor that lingers in the mouth. It forms a memorable taste that allows one to enjoy the flavor nurtured by the earth.
