Founded in 1883, Kochi Brewery is located in Kochi Prefecture, Japan, and crafts sake using the pristine underground water of the Niyodo River, one of Japan’s most celebrated clear streams.

At this exhibition, we will showcase our Niyodogawa sake series brewed with Kochi’s unique CEL24 yeast, as well as a range of distinctive citrus liqueurs made from locally grown yuzu, buntan pomelo, and other specialty fruits from Kochi.
