特別に栽培‧熟成させた茶葉をアミノ酸の量が一番多い時期に摘み取りました。<br/>高発酵をさせ、竜眼の炭で六日間もの焙煎を行い、アミノ酸の甘さを十分に引<br/>き出しました。茶葉の組織が十分に焙煎されていますので、同じ茶葉で10回<br/>以上淹れる事が可能です。<br/>The tea leaves, specially chosen and cultivated, were harvested at the time<br/>when amino acid content in the leaves is highest. With complete fermentation,<br/>this tea was roasted with locally unique Longan wood for 6 days and 5 nights.<br/>The special scent from the amino acid was released from the leaves after this<br/>process. This dark roasted tea can be steeped many more times than regular<br/>tea.
