Characteristic

“The Battle for Cat Food: Human vs. Cats”

This piece was created out of my wish to portray cats in different ways.
Although I wasn’t very familiar with drawing animals as the main subject,
once I thought of them as characters, the process became very enjoyable.

At the center of the composition is a girl protecting her Churu,
surrounded by cats with various expressions and gestures.
After all, Churu must be every cat’s favorite treat—don’t you agree? ^^
