pangtoopool is an illustrator inspired by the warm, nostalgic vibes of youth comics from the 1980s and ’90s. Drawing influence from vintage magazines, old video tape textures, and retro-style coming-of-age films, they seek to capture the charm of that era and blend it with scenes from everyday modern life. One of their ongoing projects focuses on documenting people’s daily outfits and overall style, treating fashion not just as clothing, but as a reflection of time and personality. Each illustration becomes a snapshot of someone’s day more than just a portrait, it’s a small story.
