ALSTRONG is a local hardware hand tool brand founded in 1993 by Mr. Fang Chen-Hsien, the founder of Chang Shun Trading Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese hand tool trading company. Chang Shun Trading was established in 1980, initially acting as an agent for imported hand tools from Europe, America, and Japan. After more than ten years of operation, Mr. Fang discovered that many hand tools from European and American brands were actually manufactured in Taiwan, prompting him to create a brand locally.
