Functions:
Melting: Melting chocolate and cocoa butter with a water tank. Both cold and warm water can be used to achieve the desired temperature.
Tempering: The machine automatically enters the tempering process and cools down the water. Temperature can be adjusted both up and down to accelerate the process.
Heat preservation: Constant warm water bath temperature keeps the chocolate a liquid.
Mold filling: The rotating plate carries the chocolate to the spout which will be used to fill the molds.
