Exhibition guidelines for health and safety
To contain the spread of ongoing pandemic, the organizer strictly abides by official pandemic prevention measures and remains committed to operating within proper safety protocols.
Exhibitors and visitors are requested to follow the pandemic prevention measures at the venues as follows. For details, refer to " Guidelines of Pandemic Prevention Protocols for Conference and Exhibition Venues" stipulated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Visitors
- Wearing face mask is required when entering and during the exhibition.
- To ensure exhibitors and visitors health, one with temperature above 37.5°C, admittance would be declined.
- Individuals under home isolation/ home quarantine/ self-health quarantine or with Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, respiratory symptoms, diarrhea or loss of smell and taste are not allowed in the exhibition.
Exhibition Precautions
- All staff on site have fully taken 3 doses of vaccination, or obtained the negative test result by the rapid test or PCR test within 3 days prior to entering the venue.
- All entrances and exits in the exhibition hall are equipped with thermal imaging camera.
- All entrances and exits in the exhibition hall are equipped with alcohol spray dispenser.
- Clean and disinfect environment regularly (after closing) every day, at least once a day.
