Mountain Coffee Dripper〈Japanese Ceramic, Mino Ware〉
Named "Mountain Coffee Dripper" because its appearance when placed in a cabinet evokes the image of a mountain, this dripper allows for a “rich” yet“refreshing”coffee experience, suitable for brewing 1 to 2 servings. You can extract delicious coffee with just 20 grams of coffee beans.
Its conical design allows it to be placed directly on a coffee pot or cup using the included wooden coffee stand. It can accommodate various filter types, including conical, wave (cake-shaped), and trapezoidal, with designs tailored for their shapes and holes, enabling users to enjoy a range of brewing styles.
The included wooden coffee stand is made of beech wood and is interchangeable with the same series’ Donut Coffee Dripper.
Colors available:Matte white, black glaze, matte blue, and matte pink. Due to the nature of the glaze, caramel-colored spots may appear, adding to the unique character of the ceramic.

This dripper features three thoughtful design elements:
1. Elongated Design:
The elongated design allows for a thicker coffee layer, even with the same amount of coffee grounds. As the extraction speed increases, the contact time between each droplet of hot water and the coffee grounds is reduced, while the amount of coffee exposed to hot water is increased for optimal extraction.
2. Minimizing Influence from the Bottom Holes:
The aim is to ensure that the extraction speed is not affected by the size and number of holes, but rather showcases the flavor in its "most natural state" based on the coffee and filter paper themselves. While larger holes might raise concerns about the coffee's flavor becoming overly simplistic, this is not the case. A thicker coffee layer actually allows for a slower extraction of the coffee’s flavors.
3. Stepped Design:
The stepped design inside the dripper is intended to push back the hot water that flows down the inner walls without passing through the coffee layer, redirecting it back into the filter paper. This also prevents tight contact between the ceramic and the filter paper.
The included wooden coffee stand is made of beech wood and is interchangeable with the same series’ Mountain Coffee Dripper.
