Characteristic

Pink Bourbon is a coffee that ripens pink, just as its name suggests. Botanically, it is Coffea Arabica Va. Bourbon Rosado. According to literature, it is from Brazil and is a mutation of Bourbon, which usually turns red when ripe. It was not widely known because it was rarely cultivated commercially due to its low yield, but its taste is by far the most popular of the COFFEE HUNTERS series. Stone fruit and citrus acidity and flavor, roasted chestnut aroma, caramelized nuts and spice accents create a very unique character.
