2. The touch panel can set up about 90% functions such as: filling weight, bag length, heater temperature, packing speed, cutting mode(eye mark cutting or length cutting), counter, QTY warning, parameter memory record…etc., can be set up on the screen.
3. Servo motor controlling upper sealing, bottom sealing and metering piston for ease operation.
4. Japanese Panasonic eye mark sensor with eye mark auto tracing system in a short time.
5. Piston injection with screw control filling schedule for accurate packaging weight.
6. Filling control with SMC cylinder drive ensures clean sealing performance.
7. All components in direct contact with product are made from SUS316 and food grade material.
8. Auto warning device with quick trouble shooting display.
9. Filling tube with butterfly buckle for quick install / dismantle.
