In 2022, AVer developed an AI Green Coffee Bean Sorter(CS One). The CS One can identify SCA-classified G1 defective green coffee beans with Natural, Washed, and Wet Hulled processes with an accuracy rate of up to 99%. (We will soon add Honey and Anaerobic Processes to our AI-Sorting database.) This process helps prevent the impact of roasting on flavor and human health. The goal is to replace manual bean sorting, significantly reducing the time required for bean sorting and enhancing the yield of coffee green beans.
