This unique dripper was designed by Hiro Lesmana, a two-time CHAMPION of the Indonesian Brewers Cup 2018 & 2023, and features a distinctive slow flow characteristic.
In terms of design, the ribs of the dripper are placed on the outside, enhancing its stability when placed on a coffee pot. The interior is almost flat, with the ribs recessed to ensure the filter paper fits snugly, preventing channeling. Additionally, there are three slender ribs inside the dripper, which widen toward the bottom, showcasing a clever design.
In terms of extraction characteristics, during the initial pours, the extraction is closer to "drip extraction," while in the later stages, the flow rate slows down, approaching "immersion extraction." This combination of drip and immersion methods makes the brewing process more stable and reduces the likelihood of operational errors.
Compatible filter paper: V-shaped filter size 02 (2-4 cups).
