Hong Ming Enterprise Co., Ltd. spared nothing but invested a lot of capital to construct a world-class flour plant in 2010, and used Switzerland’s top class BUHLER, with the latest fully automated flour milling equipment, and WisCosR2 process control system. The production lines are divided into three units: soft wheat and hard wheat are milled separately on specific lines, with daily milling capacity increased to 830 tons per day. In addition, by increasing roller length and flour sieving area, Hong Ming Enterprise Co., LTD. became the only milling plant in Taiwan using Japanese long flow milling technology. In 2011, the plant formally put into production, upgrading flour milling technology in Taiwan to world class standard, making high quality and consistent flour for meeting clients’ critical demand of the quality.

The production department even improves efficiency, from selected material, flour milling, to flour blending. The production process is controlled by a computerized process control system.

The R&D team keeps the existing brand by the spirit of MIT, and has further developed B&W series of flour for French bread, toast, croissant, and sweet bread, as well as the brands of high-class flour-Tulip. With the cooperation of strict quality check by QA department, producing well-mixed and refined grain and flour of consistent quality and excellent characteristics, its affordable price allows clients the opportunity to enjoy high quality flour which is the same or better level as the imported one.
