Vietnam International Bakery Show 2024: A Grand Celebration of Baking Excellence

 

The Vietnam International Bakery Show 2024 (VIBS 2024) is set to take place from December 11 to 14, 2024, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Marking its grand return since 2019, VIBS 2024 will host esteemed exhibitors from both local and global bakery brands, promising an unparalleled showcase of innovation and craftsmanship in the baking industry.

Organizers of Proven Excellence

VIBS 2024 is organized by the Taipei Bakery Association (TBA) and Chan Chao International Co., Ltd, renowned for their success with the Taipei International Bakery Show (TIBS), which has grown into an iconic bakery event in Asia over the past decade. Their expertise is complemented by the Vietnam Bakery Association and Asia Bakery-Confectionery Joint Stock Company as co-organizers, ensuring a seamless blend of international quality and Vietnamese specialties.

Comprehensive Showcase

VIBS 2024 will feature a broad array of exhibits, ranging from cutting-edge baking machinery and equipment to high-quality raw materials and finished bakery products. Visitors will experience the most comprehensive representation of Vietnam's burgeoning bakery sector, alongside innovative offerings from international markets.

Exhibitor Highlights

Leading brands from Vietnam, Taiwan, Shanghai, Japan, and other countries and regions will be in attendance. Notable names include Vietnam’s ABC Bakery, Anchor, Bao Phuc, Shineroad, Ly Gia Vien, Nhat Huong and Uni-President, Taiwan’s Sun-Mate, Yang JenQ, and Hundred Machinery Enterprise, Japan’s Rheon, Sanko, and Nakai, and Shanghai’s Meichu, Namchow, and Bestway Automation Equipment.

Industry Engagement and Activities

VIBS 2024 has garnered widespread attention from the global bakery community, attracting representatives from member countries of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery & Confectionery Associations (IFCBCA), including the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, along with prominent bakery exhibition organizers worldwide.

Attendees can look forward to engaging onsite activities, including the finals of the 2nd Vietnam Bakery Cup 2024, where talented chefs and students will showcase their skills in artistic baking. Renowned baker Tzu-Ching Wu, the World Baker of the Year 2023, will lead exclusive sessions to share insights into professional baking trends.

Additionally, seven leading Taiwanese bakery brands will exhibit their finest creations and seek collaborations with Vietnamese partners. They will also bring their signature baked goods to VIBS for tasting. Details of the four tasting sessions will be uploaded to the official VIBS website.
