Physiological and phenolic ripening progressed continuously and uniformly, allowing a quality harvest with noticeable varietal characteristics and good acid levels in the grapes received at the winery.<br/><br/>Serve with<br/>Thai and Indian cuisine like Pad Thai and curry-based dishes.
