Texture：<br/>Dry ros&#233; wine, light pink hue, aromas of strawberry, raspberries, and citrus blossom, medium body and balanced acidity.<br/><br/>Alcohol : 11%<br/>PH : 3.28<br/>TA : 6.2 g/l<br/>RS : dry<br/><br/>The harvest <br/>Dry ros&#233; wine, produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the high region of Samaria. After a short soaking on the skins, the grapes were gently squeezed, and the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic nature of the grapes. The wine has a light pink hue and aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and citrus blossom. The wine has a medium body and a balanced acidity.<br/><br/>Serve with<br/>Roasted salmon, locus carpaccio, and grilled vegetables with feta cheese.
