Texture：<br/>Dry white wine, with a greenish hue, bursting aromas of gooseberry, chopped grass and minerals, medium to full body and noticeable acidity.<br/><br/>Alcohol : 12%<br/>PH : 3.4<br/>TA : 5.85 g/l<br/>RS : 乾型 dry<br/><br/>The harvest <br/>The growing season was marked by a winter with many cold temperature episodes, more precipitation than the annual average, moderate spring, and a uniform awakening in the vineyards.<br/>The harvest started at the end of July and was characterized by an average 10% yield increase. Physiological and phenolic ripening progressed continuously and uniformly, allowing a quality harvest with noticeable varietal characteristics and good acid levels in the grapes received at the winery.<br/><br/><br/>Serve with<br/>Goat cheeses, quiches, and grilled fish dishes.
