Dingle Single Malt comprises malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.<br/>39% Bourbon, 61% Pedro Ximénez Sherry. <br/>Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered. This is a very unique whiskey in which the component casks come to the fore at different stages.<br/><br/>TASTING NOTES<br/>NOSE - Lime zest, chopped mint, and sweet pear<br/>TASTE - Caramelised apple, raisins and vanilla<br/>FINISH - Honey sweetness and mixed spice linger on the tongue
